Along the way, Diego and the baby dolphin hide from sharks, dodge sticky seaweed, and swim through the dark, spooky spaces of an old, abandoned ship. Finally, Diego encourages the baby dolphin to call to her parents using dolphin clicks and whistles. The book ends on a sweet family reunion--all thanks to Diego!
