Stays in your mind December 3, 1998 7 out of 8 found this review helpful
I have read this book many times. I got it as a present, and the first time I read it in the plane it touched me deeply. Since that time I read it every now and then. It describes very well how I feel about the values in life and it is a wonderful written book with great illustrations. I have bought a great number of this book and give it as a special presents to people I care for, and to make them understand what makes my heart tick. Ton Thole, Loenen a/d Vecht. Holland

This is a delightful book, overflowing with deep spiritual meaning and colorful allegory. Mr. Bambaren brings us through life's issues with the delightful story of this book. It is profound and long-lasting in its effects. Excellent work, a must-have book for any seeker. Namaste!
This book is magic. Should be read by all. September 23, 1998 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
This book has been one of the best presents I have ever received in my life. After I read The Dolphin, I remembered how wonderful life can be if we follow our own dreams. This book reminded me of the real important things in life: those things that can only be seen with the heart. It is so simply written, and still delivers such a strong message that I would reccommend this book to anyone, no matter what his/her age is. It is never too late to dream again !!!

Flowing journey November 20, 2008 William E. Marks (Martha's Vineyard, MA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Remember the transformational impact of Richard Bach's book,
Jonathan Livingston Seagull"?
Or, how about, Hemann Hesse's book, "Siddhartha"?
Well, on a similar note, we have Sergio Bambare's book, "The Dolphin".
And, just like Jonathan Livningston Seagull loved
to fly through the air in his passsionate evolution of
self discovery - we now have a dolphin riding the waves - never giving
in to mediocrity or the pressure of success being defined by society
in financial terms.
The timing of Bambare's "The Dolphin" is perfect for today's collapse
of a corrupt and shallow system where money is more important than
one's soulful journey.
The fact that this books is focused around life and its relation to
water as a metaphor resonates highly with my lifelong passion and writings
about relating to water as a living entity - which it really is.
