You can be perfectly healthy in every way physically and still feel horrible - and "Embracing the Miraculous: Attaining Optimal Health on All Levels" addresses why. One needs to be both emotionally and spiritually healthy to truly be healthy alongside physical health. Author Deepika Avanti uses her amazing transformation from being someone who looked, acted, and felt like death to climbing massive mountains and feeling the best she has ever been in her entire life using the methods she outlines in "Embracing the Miraculous: Attaining Optimal Health on All Levels", making it a deftly composed and highly recommended spirituality book, highly recommended for community library collections.
