This is bar far the best case for the 3G iphone and trust me I have tried many of them. Its sleek and offers a great design that does not take away from the slim, nice low profile while giving the phone a solid grip. It doesn't add any bulk and fits very snug. I am not the only one who loves this case. Check out all the positive reviews on the Black one I bought awhile awhile back SHIELD Apple 3G iPhone Shield Polycarbonate Slim Fit Case + Microfiber Cleaning Cloth - (Black) I came back to Amazon looking for this case to buy one for my brother who just got his iphone and came across this listing. I was pleased to see they now offer these other great color options. I just picked up a few extra colors so I can change the look of my iphone depending on my mood. Fantastic!!!

I searched everywhere for the perfect case and this was it. It adds just enough grip so the phone doesn't slip out of your hand but is smooth enough to easily slide in and out of your pocket without sticking. It fits the phone like a glove and actually looks really cool. If you tend to be clumsy and drop your phone often, you might want one of the thicker, padded cases as this one is relatively thin and hard plastic.

Received my Gunmetal colored SHIELD case for my white 32gb iPhone GS- glad I picked this brand. Does not change the over all size of the phone, slides in and out of my pocket (jeans) easily, but still has a velvet-like texture to the back for sure grip. A buddy of mine has the casecrown version, and after only a month, his phone rattles around in the case while mine is good and tight. I used a scrap piece of Zagg Invisible Sheild to cover the Apple logo on my phone, and never looked back.
I work at a national electronics retailer, and trust me... I've had my phone in every dock, charging cradle, stand, speaker system and accessory available for the iPhone, and all have worked correctly without removing it. Customers are constantly commenting on my case and asking where I purchased it...
I'll soon be ordering a silver and a black one, just to change it up a bit. I've found the perfect case.

When people ask about my iPhone case, I tell them 2 things right away.
One is the price. Their first response is "what? $6.-? where can I get one?". Before I tell them where, the second thing I do is have them feel the texture of the case. Then they say "sold".
So yes, I love this case. It is thin, sleek, inexpensive, and love the grippy texture. Let me repeat that last bit..I LOVE the grippy texture of the case!

Product is awesome. Way better then elago because it protects all the way up the sides of the phone. I ordred 3 of these after getting the first one. Also it adds not weight or bulk to the phone. elago is ok, but it adds some weight to it, and is still slippery. Shield is absolutely not slippery at all, has great grip and a great feel and look to it.
