This product is great, I love it. It is SO easy to use, it does not store water in the pump so it stays clean, and I could not be happier. If I had purchased it straight from the company which Amazon got it from, I would have paid $10 less, but I know that Amazon keeps my identity safe, and my credit card numbers, so I was willing to spend the extra money. The other site seems legitimate, but it does not have any security seals and so the price difference is the price of your safety. The shipping was slow, but it did make it to me on the last day it was allowed; just took a while to get it out of the warehouse. This was the best investment I have made in a while, it is now very easy to drink water, it is kind of fun, and I can take it almost anywhere because it is small compared to all of the alternatives. I could easily use this camping, it would be a luxury on a camping trip, but right now I have it in my dorm room.

This item works great! Easy assembly, easy to use. We have bottled water delivered to our home, but filling pitchers and kettles was always awkward with the dispenser stand. With this pump, we keep a bottle upright and it's easy and convenient. While I had no problems using the pump one-handed, someone with arthritis might have trouble. I had a family member try it out and she didn't think she'd be able to hold a glass in one hand and use the pump with the other. Just something to consider, depending on who will be using it.

After reading reviews about several different pumps, we decided on the Dolphin. The first one we ordered worked so well, we ordered a second one. We use ours with home-delivered 5 gallon water bottles, one for spring water, one for distilled. They fit very well.
We used to turn the bottles upside-down on a stand, but it was always hard to lift them, so we are thrilled with these Dolphin pumps.

I choose my title to emphasize that I did not have any shipping problems. It wouldn't surprise me if the owner of the company read the previous post and has made corrections to shipping. This is SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT I very highly recommend this to anyone. I get bottled water because sometimes the tap water does not taste right. I had bought a water dispenser that dispenses hot and cold water. I immediately regretted buying one of those devices becaue of the very slow water delivery. You have to bend down and hold your cup in position for a while, sometimes while operating the safety device for hot water. So, you have to hold your cup in one hand, and push those tiny buttons at the same time. THIS PUMP AVOIDS ALL THOSE PROBLEMS. The water flows very quickly out of the device. I don't even like drinking cold water, so I prefer that it not be refrigerated. Also, VERY IMPORTANT, I don't have to try to invert that huge 5 gallon bottle over an electic unit, trying not to get water all over the place. I HATE LOADING THE ELECTRIC UNITS! I also have a bad back and I'm female, I don't have the strength and have to ask hubby to do it. On the contrast, with the pump, you don't have to invert any bottles at all. And it is very easy to mount the pump. You just set the bottle on a counter and screw on the pump. I bought sturdy a 30" high wooden cabinet from Michaels. I think it cost $25 and I stained and sealed it. I can put my drink mixers in there, ie., lemonade, coffee, tea, etc. So it is easy to find a stand for the pump and bottle if you want one. I recommend the Michaels cabinet over any of the custom stuff bought on line. Regarding the quality of the pump, I've only had the product for 1 month now, but this pump seems very sturdy and it functions very well. Water comes out fast, minimal pumping required. It is easy to pump this pump.

Does just what it is supposed to do, just put it over the top of the 5 gallon bottle, screw the adjustment collar to tighten and start pumping your water
Have been using for three months, without any problems at all... it's a very good little plastic pump... if this one broke, which I don't think it will.. unless you take it off and throw it out in the street to be run over by cars, trucks and busses .... would buy another
