I imagine most people need to know two things about this mug.
1) It really is a terrific insulator. Your coffee will be hot all morning, and probably into the afternoon with this mug. I have found coffee hot 5 hours after I poured it. Hot.
2) It doesn't leak. Yeah, that's what they promise, but the surprise is that the clever and more importantly well constructed lid does not leak. You could store it upside down in your important files cabinet if you needed to. It's a great mug.
Also, I think it looks cool. It fits my cupholder in my truck. It's easy to clean. Those are all nice too.

This is by far the very best travel cup I have ever seen or used. I got 2 for myself at first, for a good deal when they first came out and have used it so often it is crazy. Easy to clean, NEVER spills and the ice stays frozen unless you are in over 100 heat. I live in the desert and this is a great way to keep my drinks cool. I recomend this to anyone who travels, needs a dripless cup on the bedside table (I got doused by the cat in the middle of the night with a full cup of water) it will never leak even if it is left for hours. I got the different colors so everyone in the house could have their own.

I carry a flagon of coffee in my motorcycle saddle bag. Most thermos cups are only spill resistant, but this one is spill-proof. And it keeps coffee warm a long time. It's also helpful in our motor home where the tall cups occasionally "jump" out of the wimpy holders and land on the floor. No spill with this cup. Also, I even put carbonated drinks (yes, even beer) in it and it still doesn't leak. I recommend this cup highly.

I purchased two of these for my wife and I. They work great. They do not leak and keep our coffee/tea hot for at least 3 hours. The style is nice and the fit well in the car. the top is wide enough which makes it easy to clean. We haven't tried it with cold liquids but imagine it will perform equally as well.

This cup is awesome. I can pour sugar in my coffee, screw on the lid, and shake it instead of stirring it! It's never taken me long enough to finish a drink to find out when it goes cold!
As with my other reviews, I feel compelled to write this to deal with the naysayers to whom I refer in the subject bar.
Naysayer in chief:
"However, I shake my drink...and sometimes mid-shake I'll feel a drop or two squirt out of somewhere. But I can drop it or throw it spinning around in the air without making a mess."
Ok. Does this guy want to be in the circus or does he want to be able to have a travel mug that doesn't spill? Either way, he's certainly a clown. In any event, if juggling travel mugs is your thing, just make sure you release the vacuum seal after you fill the cup. Otherwise there can be trapped air that causes drops to spray out during your act. It says that in the instructions though. And they're in English.
"Where to start.. The lid, as someone else said.. has to be perfectly aligned. If it's not, when you go to tighten it, you'll end up making a huge mess...Great way to ruin the start of your day, that's for sure."
OK. No need for comment here. Dude appears to have confused defective customers and defective products. Defective customers get reviewed elsewhere.
"Keeps liquids cold for 12 hours? Haha! Maybe if you live at the North or South Pole! This was one feature I was especially looking forward to.*** With this, I thought I could have my drink sitting beside my bed when I went to sleep and still have it cold when I woke up. Definitely not the case."
I don't know about other reviewers but, personally, the temperature of my drinks doesn't really bother me while I'm asleep. In fact, I once had a dream that my bedside beverage was cold, when it was actually warm. And the product I dreamed it was in wasn't even supposed to keep drinks warm. I got the full benefit, from a defective product! But that's dreams for you. And I think the naysayers need to go back to bed.
