Almost 20 years later, this is still a great movie with an amazing soundtrack! A must see movie!

all of you who know Luc Besson films this is not his or his star Jean Renos best but its light years in front of the mindless rubbish we are expected to pay and see,not for me i,d rather watch paint dry.Thankyou mr.DVD for your invention.
A great movie. July 3, 2009 AusGator (Austin, Tx United States) I really enjoy the beginning of the movie (Enzo and Jacques as children) that was shot in B&W; the cinematography is stunning throughout but there's something special about the B&W. Jean Reno was perfect in his portrayal of Enzo.
I didn't have any problem with the import (Korean) version like some reviewers reported.
Le Grand Bleu Import June 27, 2008 Gabrielle R. Maggi (Pace, FL USA) 7 out of 11 found this review helpful
I didn't notice the import when I ordered this item, it's factory made and is poor quality. The Big Blue: Le Grand Bleu (Director's Cut - Import)
CD quality not too good, disc skips April 28, 2008 Ryan D. Reph (Sterling VA) 5 out of 9 found this review helpful
quality of the actual CD is poor and it's hard to watch the whole movie without skipping passage...
